Georgina usually teaches several Level 1 and Level 2 group courses in the year at Micheldever, near Winchester in Hampshire. The two day Level 1 course allows you will be able to give yourself, family, friends and pets a soothing and relaxing Reiki treatment. Level 2 allows you to reach a standard to treat members of the public required by many institutions and insurance companies.. Georgina also teaches individuals at a slightly higher cost to all levels of Reiki. Private coaching for Reiki practitioners and refresher courses can be conducted online. Learn this gentle but powerful healing technique for yourself. Anyone can learn, all you need is the desire to learn and a qualified Reiki Teacher to guide you.
After the two day Level 1 course you will be able to give yourself, family, friends and pets a soothing and relaxing treatment.
The first day teaches you the background of Reiki: it’s history, what is Reiki and the energy system of the body. You learn hand positions for treating yourself and watch a demonstration of how to give a treatment to another. The second day focuses more on practising Reiki on your fellow students where you find out you too can do it. That part is always very exciting!
Each day you are given two attunements which open the energy pathways in the body to allow you to give Reiki. It is like a deep Reiki treatment in itself, bringing a sensation of peace, calm and lightness. The days are interspersed with relaxation and meditation exercises to give you tools to use in every day life.
The courses are held in a beautiful country house, filled with the calm energy of many Reiki courses. You are cared for and helped along every step of the way. You do not need any special skills or previous experience. The weekend is gentle and leaves you feeling refreshed and nurtured.
Reiki Level 2 Refresher

This one day course in is open those who have completed their Reiki 2 online modules successfully or who have completed an in person Reiki 2 course in the past and wish to refresh skills, recharge with an attunement and spend a pleasant day at the beautiful Roundwood House in Hampshire with a light lunch and refreshments included.
During the Reiki 2 Refresher Course you are reintroduced to three of the Reiki symbols passed down from Dr Usui. They work like keys, allowing you to access different aspects of Reiki energy including sending Reiki (Distant Healing) and clearing rooms and objects of negative energy.
You will have at least one double attunement which will deepen your connection to Reiki. You will practice giving Reiki treatments, clearing rooms and sending Reiki so you feel confident using your skills. Meditations and breathing exercises are included during the day to leave you relaxed and refreshed.
After completing a full Reiki 2 course you will be able to purchase insurance to treat members of the public.
A series of group retreats are being planned for Spring 2024. It is intended that the weekends will incorporate a mix of Reiki, Nia Dance, Meditations, Singing Bowl Therapy, Yoga and more.

Nia Taster Class

This workshop is ideal for those who are completely new to Nia and would like to try it for the first time. It is also aimed at those who have been to classes and wish to find a class nearby. No previous experience of Nia or dance required. All fitness levels welcomed.
